User Data Deletion | RiseUp Physiotherapy

1. Overview

RiseUp Physiotherapy values your privacy and data autonomy. If you have interacted with our Instagram page (@riseupphysiotherapist) or Facebook Page via our automated assistant (App: AUTO REPLY-IG), you can easily request the complete erasure of your interaction history, message logs, and contact details from our databases.

2. How to Request Data Deletion

You can request data deletion using any of the three methods below:

Option 1: Instant Online Deletion Request Form

Fill out your details below to submit an instant data deletion ticket:

Deletion Request Submitted! Your Confirmation Code: . All associated logs will be purged within 48 hours.

Option 2: Email Data Deletion Request

Send an email to info@riseupphysio.com with the subject line "Data Deletion Request". Include your Instagram handle or phone number. Our technical team will process the purge and send confirmation within 24 hours.

Option 3: Remove Permissions via Facebook / Instagram Settings

To revoke AUTO REPLY-IG app access directly via Meta:

Go to your Facebook Profile > Settings & Privacy > Settings > Apps and Websites.
Locate AUTO REPLY-IG and click Remove.
Alternatively, on Instagram, navigate to Settings > Website Permissions > Apps and Websites and click Remove.

3. Processing Timeline

Upon receiving your request, all interaction logs, message records, and identifiers stored in our SQLite database (instagram_bot.db) will be permanently purged within 48 hours.
